Hello! We’re Becky & Rachel, two Leighton Buzzard sisters who some of you may know better from our past creative adventures with @intheforest_band… 🎶✨

Well, it’s been a little while since we’ve been creative together, but recently we went to the most amazing workshop run by sparkle legend @marciekdesigns, who inspired us to bring the shiny shoe technique to our hometown! A big thank you for your blessing for us to do this ✨

We can’t wait to share the sparkle love with the Buzz and beyond ✨💖

For now, we’re busy practising and planning, but watch this space for more info soon! 🪩

Ah me and my wonderful mama from the @theirnibs launch and an auspicious day to post as it’s her birthday today. Happy birthday, ma!

Aside from wearing pyjamas I’ve also been on stage for my last band show of the year @glastonburyabbey. My black dress broke just before showtime and my heels accidentally got left out of my bag (by me!) so maybe it’s time for a rest 🤣 but leotard under a coat and little @carelparis flats for the win.

Shoutout to my band and crew who all went home with framed tour posters from the incredible Perimenopopping we’ve been doing on the road around the globe.

Scroll to the end to see how I also assisted Mickey (7) in his little stormtrooper snow scene. We now have no flour but it’s ok. ☺️❤️

A wonderful end to the festival season @glastonburyabbey and also the last @sophieellisbextor full band gig for while. An incredible run that we worked out spans back to mid 2023! From the kitchen disco era and straight into the Perimenopop tour. What a wild ride it’s been spanning around 350 shows across multiple countries. Thanks to all involved and all the wonderful people we’ve met along the way. Already looking forward to beginning our next touring adventures together in 2027 🙏🌍💃🏻🪩🙌❤️ #perimenopoptour

The last eclipse. Playing a festival at Lizard Point, 1999. We were called Trooper then, this was our brief period as a 5-piece, with our friend Nic - who went by the name ‘DJ Mohair’. (He also rapped 😬)

The whimsical “I’m With You” was first released as a single in 2022, along with this brilliant animation by Rachel Harwood-Stamper. It would again appear (slightly tweaked) on the album “Always Somewhere” 2 years later. Summer of Love, anyone? ❤️
