Even if you’re six-star chasing it’s okay to round out your race calendar! It’s easy to become laser focused in the World Majors and the marathon distance, but dropping down to run a half marathon or a shorter race provides good competition experience and perspective.
With one start left to complete the series, Will recently took to the streets of Seoul and will run another half marathon in China in early December.

🎾One of Northern Arizona’s 3.0 women’s teams is heading to Nationals next week in Mobile, Alabama.
🎾We are all so excited to qualify and to represent NAZ. Our fearless leader, Ellen Radavich, put our team together, and we’ve had so much fun playing and developing friendships.
🎾We appreciate the help, support, and encouragement we’ve received from the NAZ Tennis Community, our own USTA Sterling Fetty and Allison Bates, and the help from @flagtennisasso and Prescott Tennis Association. 🎾We would not be here without the endless coaching from Garrett, Zach, Eban, Nicole, Rick, Max, and Coleman.
🎾Thanks Everyone!

Well…looks like I’m going back to Boston 💙💛! I never take any of this for granted. I have been running only one marathon a year the past few years (it works for me)…and qualifying is never my goal. There are some years I manage to easily qualify, some years I qualify and don’t go (London and Tokyo took precedence those years), and times I haven’t run a BQ or missed the cutoff. Boston is special…but it isn’t always my goal. That being said, I am excited to be returning this spring, hopefully as a stronger, smarter, better runner than ever. I know @kfconley with @next_best_run will get me to the start so that I can run through that finish line 💛💙. LET’S GO!!

If you didn’t run any hills in your buildup, don’t worry! this course is about as flat as a marathon gets.
