Our little boy @littledonryk is officially 8 months old! 🤍

And keeping with our little family tradition of celebrating each month with the food that Mommy Jesa craved during her pregnancy, our Ryk is now none other than Colonel Sanders of KFC! 🐔🍗

8 finger-lickin’ cute months with our little Colonel Don Ryk! 🍗🤍

We are so blessed to have such a happy, curious, playful, and kulit little boy. Watching you discover the world, learn new things, and grow every day is one of our greatest joys.

We love you so much, our little boy! 🍗🐔

✨ The Wonders of Dining Alone ✨

Dining alone used to seem intimidating, but little did I know it would become my ultimate source of comfort. As I stepped into restaurants by myself, I began to cherish the solitude. This liberating experience allowed me to embrace my inner peace, relish every bite, and truly be in the present moment. Sometimes, it is a time when I immerse myself in novels or movies. Sometimes, I just get lost in my thoughts and reflect on God's goodness and faithfulness in my life. Dining alone has become a refreshing ritual - a time to reset and reconnect with my truest self, especially after a tiring day. I realized that dining solo is not a lonely experience, but an empowering act of self-care and personal growth. ♥️

Some of the meals I enjoyed eating alone:

Alch3mist Lechon Kawali Rice Bowl + Iced Spanish Latte
Carbonara + Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte

🌸 @flourjarmanila (3)
Truffle Cheese Pasta + Frozen Mocha

It sure is finger lickin' good when you get your fried chicken cravings from @kfcphilippines Matagal tagal na din since we've ordered from them and I usually get their sides. When I was in college di ko pinapansin yung salad nila and napapaisip ako sino kaya umoorder nun. But now that I'm into eating greens namiss ko siya huhu I hope they will bring it back. Buti na lang di nawawala yung buttered corn nila. Their macaroni salad was my fave before pero ngayon nagbago na yung lasa for me. Their california maki twister was my mom's fave and yung hot shots naman yung go-to ng sister ko. I got their original fried chicken with most of their sides except yung mashed potato kasi they forgot. Buti na lang they gave me the part that I requested. Next time try ko naman yung chicken cheese burger 🍗❤️
