⁣⠀
Stay focused! ⠀
~~⠀
Only few things in life have great meaning and focusing on those few things are essential! ⠀
~~⠀
“But I have so much work to do” NOPE! You make time for what's important to you, set boundaries and start to do what matters and what you are BEST AT! ⠀
~~⠀
“But my boss asked me to do something” NOPE! You need to learn to say no gracefully and with respect, you'll garner respect from those you say no to with the right reasons. Focus on what matters. ⠀
~~⠀
“Ok well how do I know what to focus on?” ⠀
⠀
⠀
Define your vision for your life, what you want to achieve and make it VERY clear if something does not align with it CUT IT OUT! ⠀
Yourself. Stop being a people pleaser and start focusing on your mind, your physical and mental health and doing things that make you happy, build relationships, try new things and meet new people. Just making a small step forward daily can propel your confidence in ways you may not think of now…⠀
