In Korea, rainbow noodle soup typically refers to Janchi Guksu (hot banquet noodles) or Bibim Guksu (spicy cold noodles), both topped with a vibrant “rainbow” of finely sliced, colorful vegetables and egg strips. The name comes from the seven vivid colors—yellow, red, green, black, and white—artfully arranged on top.

India’s first HIK Mead Crawl was honestly such a vibe 🍯🚌

1 super fun bus ride, 7 buzzing stops, and a whole lot of mead later… here’s how it went down:

We kicked things off at @flobrewpub with some bold picks — guava chilli mead (spicy-sweet perfection) and a surprisingly refreshing berry cola mead.

Next stop, @chugbiergarten , where the mango mead was smooth and tropical, and the orange popsicle mead hit with a nostalgic twist.

At @gulpit.in on FC Road, I went back to the guava chilli mead (yes, it’s that good 👀).

Then @bira91taproompune served up a crisp blueberry mead — light, easy, and perfect mid-crawl.

@barrels_thecrafthouse brought back the berry cola mead, still just as fun and fizzy.

@oibrewhouse paired the guava chilli mead with parmesan truffle popcorn — elite combo, no notes.

And finally, we wrapped it all up at The Poona Brewout @poona.cartel with the showstopper hazelnut coffee mead (rich, dessert-like) and a super refreshing watermelon mead.
