EXCITING NEWS- Our Recovery space officially opens Monday July 27th 🥳

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new Recovery Suite—a dedicated space designed to help you restore, recover, and reconnect alongside your training.

Inside the Recovery Suite:

✦ Cold Plunge Therapy
Our premium plunge tub offers invigorating cold water immersion to help reduce inflammation, decrease muscle soreness, support circulation, boost energy, and accelerate recovery after intense training.

✦ Contrast Therapy
The plunge also heats to 104°F, allowing you to alternate between hot and cold temperatures. Contrast therapy is known to stimulate circulation, support lymphatic drainage, reduce muscle tension, promote recovery, and leave you feeling both energized and restored.

✦ Red Light Therapy
Sink into full-body red light therapy designed to support cellular recovery, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, aid muscle repair, and promote relaxation.

More than just recovery, this is a space to slow down, tune in, and give your body the care it deserves. Whether you’re preparing for your next training session or unwinding after one, the Recovery Suite was created to support your wellness journey from the inside out.

More details, membership options, and booking information coming soon.

I stumbled into this little elbow split situation back in 2021 while piecing together a combo from one of my signature classes, SHAPESHIFTING

For those who weren’t around back then, SHAPESHIFTING was our high intermediate/advanced class built around the concept of one base shape =endless possibilities.

We’d take a single shape and explore all the different ways we could build into it, transition out of it, and piece together an entire sequence without ever losing that foundation.

One of my favorite things to tell my students is, “Take what you want and leave what you don’t.”

And that’s what made this class so special. Not every trick is meant for every body, and that’s okay! You could skip what didn’t feel good, explore what did, and still find your own way through the combo.

I’m not claiming I invented this shape back then but ..I’ve never seen it before so on the rare chance that it hasn’t been done before and does not already have a name,I thought I’d start calling her

#PDScissorSplit

But I’m calling on my pole community! Have you seen either variation? Do they already have names?

Because I’m fully prepared for someone to come along and say, “Girl, we’ve been calling that something else since 2012.” lol

Until then, meet Scissor Split ✂️

And perhaps it’s time to bring SHAPESHIFTING back to the schedule. What do you think?
