Tällä viikolla pääset Toivolla sukeltamaan kolmeen täysin erilaiseen maailmaan ja tarinaan.

Tänään 22.9. ja huomenna 23.9. on luvassa sanatonta komediaa kun Nordic Nonsense kertoo kahden ihmisen tarinan esityksessään Rakkauden Rytmit.

Lauantaina 26.9. Älä kutita vihaista naista aloittaa syksyn esityksensä. Sunnuntaina 27.9. jatketaan heti toisen esityksen voimin. Millaista on elää naisena tässä ajassa?

Maanantaina 28.9. on Kheban vuoro tuoda lavalle hurja ja sielukas matka, jossa yhdistyvät teatteri, spoken word ja tinkimätön, kovaotteinen asenne matkalla kohti amerikkalaista unelmaa. Esitys on englanniksi.

Tule uppoutumaan teatteriin!

Nineteen years of making theatre, and I still get that flutter before a premiere.

This Friday we open our autumn season with SIDEQUEST ADDICT & THE MADNESS OF INFINITE POTENTIAL ,and I couldn't have asked for a better way to start.

Kheba Touray stands alone on our stage for 90 minutes and gives you an actor chasing the audition of his life, a loyal agent, and every glorious detour in between. Theatre, spoken word and bare-knuckle badassery. Funny, fierce, and a lot bigger-hearted than it lets on.

This is exactly the kind of work Teatteri Toivo exists for. Come see it.

Premiere on Friday · Sturenkatu 27, Vallila · in English
