Studio 8 International Designer Boutique (Formerly Manish Malhotra Flagship Boutique) Jumeira Beach Road, Dubai Mohammad Athar Sameer, Marketing & Sales Manager | Studio8 - 2010 – 2012 My journey in luxury fashion continued at Studio 8 International Designer Boutique, formerly known as the Manish Malhotra Flagship Boutique in Dubai. Joining as a Marketing & Sales Manager in 2010, I played a key role in driving sales, brand visibility, client relations, and designer events until 2012. This experience further deepened my expertise in couture and prêt-à-porter collections, while providing invaluable exposure to international luxury fashion retail and high-profile fashion events. During my tenure, I successfully supervised and managed numerous fashion shows, trunk shows, designer showcases, and exclusive client engagements featuring renowned designers from across the Middle East and South Asia, including Manish Malhotra, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, Ritu Beri, Sana Safinaz , Gavin C. Miguel, Queeny D, Mandeep Kapoor, Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, Deepak Perwani, Faiza Samee, and Khulood Bin Arab, Zara Shahjahan. One of the highlights of my career during this period was being part of the team responsible for launching the first FashionTV Paris Store at The Dubai Mall, working alongside Michel Adam. This milestone offered first-hand experience in luxury brand launches, international retail operations, and large-scale fashion marketing initiatives. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, I launched my own fashion label, Firangi Bazaar, in 2012, focusing on unique contemporary fashion concepts. Later, in 2020, I founded my second label, Tropical Paradise by Ian, a brand inspired by and dedicated to my daughters, reflecting creativity, individuality, and modern lifestyle fashion. These experiences strengthened my expertise in luxury retail management, fashion marketing, brand development, event execution, designer relations, and entrepreneurship, shaping my evolution from a fashion professional into a fashion entrepreneur. . . . . . . . . . . #manishmalholtra #rituberi #sanasafinaz #hsy #abujanisandeepkhosla
