Information alone doesn’t change behaviour. Preventing FASD means understanding what shapes drinking behaviour and creating the support and environments that make healthier choices possible.

Today today is the end of this perfect dream “my exchange”, what can I say.... I’m sad but also I’m so happy yeah! I’m so happy to met so many friends really good friends I love you guys, to lived with 2 amazing families omg i love so much my families😍 now I can say that I have 2 American moms, 2 Dads, 3 brothers and 1 beautiful sister ♥️ all these people ( my families and friends) made incredible my year I’m so thankful for all of them, I learned so much about different things but one important things I learned about me, I found who I AM, changing things that I needed to change and yeah it’s weird it’s weird how in one year people than you don’t know HELPED you and they helped you without asking for anything..... I made it 😌 this experience was so good I’ll be always grateful with them and they will always be in my heart no matter the distance ♥️ this is not a good bye this is a see ya guys... see ya soon because Melissa is gonna return 😏👌🏼😂
