That’s a wrap! 🫙 Fermentation Celebration 2026 was the perfect autumn celebration of harvest, preservation and abundance. A day of bubbling jars, bold flavours and shared discovery in the gardens, and we loved every minute of it. Thanks to everyone who joined us! 🫧

Meet your kefir guide 🥛

We’re delighted to welcome Sam Murphy, co-founder of @ki.kefir, to Fermentation Celebration on Saturday 17 October. Originally from Yorkshire with fermenting in the family, Sam started making kefir in her little London kitchen in 2019 and now ferments hundreds of litres each week in East Sussex, using milk from organic and regenerative farms.

She’ll be speaking in the morning talks, running a hands-on drop-in workshop in the afternoon, and selling her delicious kefir at the artisans’ market.
