Important notes ⬇️

1. This is situational. If someone is good at blocking the right kick you won’t be able to just do all three in a row. But in this clip as Kian wasn’t blocking the right it allowed which allowed Kru Worm to land this sequence easily.

2. Set ups. Whenever you’re seeing techniques or sequences you want to add in, theres usually a set up or getting a reaction out of them first, you can’t just go in blind and try to land multiple shot combo or sequence without getting them to react.

3. Fake right teep into cross into body kick. Even if Kian brought his block up after the fake the right hand would off balance him slightly to make it easier to land the right body kick.

4. Timing. As Kian came back to attack after the second part of the sequence the right teep was ready to intercept and off balance essentially protecting the points Kru Worm had already scored.

If you’d like to book in a session with Kru Worm (S1 Champion and son of Ajarn Wat) you can book in at the front office or message the @bangtaomuathaimma page.

It’s ma birthday and I’m 13 today. I may be old but I’m wise and gentlemanly. I may be patchy in place but that’s all the years of love and kisses rubbing off my greyness.
Right now I’m happy to be curled up against Ma with my cosy blue knit. Signs of getting old. The golden years 💙🐶🐾🦴🐾🦴🐾🦴🐾🦴🐾
OH ROMEO 🐾

@liam.fightingfit El Matador post fight interview with @kazcrossley

Words from the new 59kg MTGP Intercontinental Champion. Always humble never boastful or cocky.

JAI-JEN!

UK #1 spot is the goal for the future possibly another title who knows but who ever is placed in front of him he’s happy to fight. That’ll be in the hands of his coaches.

We’ve now secured another win against another reputable fighter so there’s no doubt Liams name is in the sight line of others also.

But for now he’ll enjoy his this awesome achievement and chillax.

@mindfulnews.uk interview in coming.

I’m still buzzing from yesterday!

Proud ole man!

……. and the new MTGP 59kg INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION!
is
LIAM ‘EL MATADOR’ PATEL @liam.fightingfit

What a cracking performance from both fighters. Each pushed themselves throughout the five intense rounds but our guy pulled it out the bag to secure the big W.

Game plan had to change during the fight respect to his game
opponent Jacob Thomson who also showed respect for each other.

BIG UP TO -
@teamtieuofficial coaches ringside with great advice as always and team mates pushing each other.

@gcptraining pushing Liam through the longest fight camp with strength and conditioning.

@condition.nutrition for the health nutrition making weigh in on point as always.

All those who came out to support Liam and the growing fans.

All the hard work paid off last night but as always more to learn more to implement and improve.

Congratulations we’re all proper proud of you son, another belt to add to your collection.
