Yesterday, three commercials were filmed for the #2 @kiausa dealership in the nation. Before filming even started, one thing was obvious. The entire dealership operates with a level of energy that I’ve rarely seen before. It was truly impressive. You know how some dealerships have energy, but it’s clearly fake energy? This is not the case at KIA of Covington. You could feel it in every conversation, every interaction, every person who walked through the dealership. Even down to the brief moments of coaching I witnessed amongst the staff. It’s not the kind of place you visit and think to yourself, “I wonder how they became so successful”. Stevie Wonder could see why they’re so successful. And as one of the nation’s top producers, they deserve Tier-1 creative that reflects the caliber of their brand in a way that’s impossible to forget. We’re telling unique, creative stories, connecting it to their market, and securing a concrete position in their customers’ memory. What’s the best form of branding that no one talks about? The kind that makes a buying decision feel obvious. Great advertising doesn’t convince people. It removes the need to be convinced. When your brand occupies a permanent place in someone’s mind, the buying decision becomes remarkably simple.

Wednesday was one of the most inspirational programs in WWL's 103-year history. Every individual smack of the gong represented a $500 donation toward one of the Gulf South's most important institutions. (And this was a mere fraction of the times it rang out.) Thanks to all who came out to the 5th annual Manning Family Children's Light Up The Season Radiothon. Thank you to all who participated, interviewed, and donated. We want to give a very special thanks to our partners at the Ray & Jessica Brandt Foundation, Trane South, and Kia of Covington. And remember, there's still time to donate.
