Six years in the food business, two states, zero outside investors — and now I’m bringing real Cajun & Creole flavor straight to the Charlotte metro. This is more than delivery, it’s convenience built for people who don’t have time to stop.

This is just the beginning. Welcome to the journey. 👇

Skin, Sculpt & Sip was everything we hoped it would be — intentional, restorative, and rooted in pouring back into the people who pour so much into their work, their dreams, and their communities.

Huge thank you to our partners @kibribeauty and @luxesznbb for creating a space where young professionals and entrepreneurs could slow down, breathe, and choose themselves. 🧡

We were grateful to sponsor a self-care giveaway for one lucky guest, because everyone deserves a moment to recharge! ⚡️

If you’re not already, be sure to follow @kibribeauty and @luxesznbb — their work speaks for itself.

And to our entire H.I.V.E. community… stay close.
We’ve got more intentional moments, meaningful experiences, and transformative events on the way.✨

✨ Real beauty starts from the inside out 🌿🫂

Honored to pour into the Skin, Sculpt & Sip experience this weekend. Being in a room filled with wellness , confidence, and intentional self-care felt like true alignment.

Thank you to Kibri Beauty @kibribeauty , Luxe SZN BB Aesthetics & Wellness @luxesznbb , and The H.I.V.E. @thehiveofficial_ for creating a space where wellness meets community and where we’re reminded that taking care of ourselves is a lifestyle, not a luxury.

Grateful to share our cold-pressed juices with everyone who stopped by, connected, and chose to pour something good back into their body. 🌿✨

Here’s to showing up as your best, balanced, and beautifully aligned self — From the inside out!

A week into 2025, and reflecting on some of my favorite people and moments✨

In late November, I tore my meniscus during a workout. While I’m mostly grateful for the optimism that came with it, I couldn’t help but feel frustrated, especially with life and work shifting around the holidays. My biggest question was, “How can I promote health when I can’t even move properly?”

As I shifted my perspective, I kept hearing: slow down. Rest is still health, and self-care may just look different now..even if it means lighter movement. Injuries aren’t setbacks, they’re part of the journey, just like the highs and lows of wellness. This is when the mental health truly comes into play. It’s okay to have off days, and sometimes, letting others support you is the real form of healing. Surrendering to help doesn’t make you weak, it makes you resilient and prepares you to come back stronger with even more gratitude.

Looking back, I’m thankful for the subtle brake. This year, my focus is to slow down and commit to intentional execution. Restlessness leads to burnout, not results. So, I’m challenging myself (and you) to slow down, savor each moment, and resist the urge to rush through life. After all, life is about making memories. Let’s make the most of everything, even the imperfect moments!
