First day of summer. ☀️🥇

As I look back on the first half of 2026, I’m grateful for every early morning, every late night, every workout, every race, every challenge, and every person who trusted us with their journey.

These slides are a reminder that the results you see are earned through consistency, not shortcuts. The work has been put in, and we’re just getting started.

If there’s one thing I want to encourage this summer, it’s simple: keep moving. Walk, run, lift, stretch, train—just stay active and invest in yourself.

The second half of 2026 is going to be exciting for Chosen 1 Training, and we’d love for you to be a part of it.

HYROX NYC ✔️

This was more than finishing a race—it was about proving what months of hard work, consistency, and discipline can accomplish.

Proud of every Chosen 1 athlete who stepped onto the competition floor and gave everything they had. Tough training sessions, long runs, lunges, burpees and all the work that nobody sees led to this moment.

Some hit their goals. Some learned lessons. But every single person walked away stronger than when they started.

The results don’t always tell the full story. The courage to show up, compete, and push beyond your limits is what we’re most proud of.

Huge thanks to @qcfit_north for putting together a top-notch Hyrox simulation and welcoming us into their facility as our athletes lock in for their upcoming race in NYC.

This was a great opportunity to see how our preparation translates to a race setting, and our times were cut down tremendously from our PHX competition earlier this year ⚡️

The energy, grit and effort from every athlete made this an unreal experience. Strong athletes and communities get better when we work together 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

Mental Health Matters 5K 🧠🏃‍♂️✅

A lot of first timers today. A lot of personal best running times. A lot of people stepping outside their comfort zone and proving something to themselves.

We had athletes place high overall and in their divisions, but the biggest win was seeing everybody show up for each other. 🥇

The support today was different. Coaches, friends, everybody stayed around cheering people on until the last runner crossed.

Proud of everybody who participated today. We’ve got more work ahead, excited for what’s next 👀
