Smoked Nashville Hot Brisket Mac N Cheese 😮‍💨

This one was stupid good. Like “stand over the pan with a fork and ruin dinner for everyone else” good 😂 Smoky brisket, creamy mac n cheese, then hit with that sweet heat from a Nashville Hot glaze. Absolute game day weapon 🤙🏻

Copper Harbor Trails Fest this year went exactly as expected - it was somehow even better than the last. Every year at this event gets more and more exciting, more core memories are made and most importantly, more friends. Many thanks to everyone at @copperharbortrailsclub for continuing to improve on an already excellent event year after year. I’m already looking forward to the next one as I’m sure we all are!

Here are a small handful of my favorite shots from the weekend. There are thousands more where these came from!

Side note: I’m super behind on photos currently, so excuse the major delay. I went on vacation to Colorado for a week and a half, but I’m back! I still have to work through photos from Duluth, Standing Rocks and Purgatory (well over 20,000 photos) before I really hammer down on photos from CHTF. Thank you (as always) for the patience! I will report progress ASAP!

Peach Spare Ribs on the Primo Ceramic Grill! 🍑🔥

Got The Good Charcoal rolling with a Burn Firestarter, then seasoned these ribs with Heath Riles SPG and Peach Rub. Smoked them low and slow at 225°F for four hours before glazing them with Heath Riles Hot Honey Peach Glaze and finishing with a light dusting of Peach Rub.

Sweet, smoky, and packed with peach flavor! 🍑
