PYM Archives 🧡 I’m always contemplating sharing my thoughts about my journey. Cuz I really don’t be wanting to sound like a sap… not always at least. But I believe this is just where I am. PYM is truly a reflection of myself and what I needed in my life. I needed community. I needed perspective. And genuinely just needed healing forreal. I played small and I allowed fear to navigate a piece of this journey along with feeling extremely nervous to take BIG risks. I also struggled to see myself in different spaces. Spaces that would potentially catapult the brand in an upward motion. But if I’m being completely honest, PYM was also a reflection of my spiritual journey. I like to believe I was letting God in, but I was even intervening on allowing him to move within me and within my business. 🚨Disclaimer: None of this exist without God! PYM is truly a labor of love and obedience. Again, I’m a small town girl with big dreams that’s really supposed to be crazy on paper. A small town girl trying not to get in her own way. A small town girl healing her inner child while building and raising a king. A small town girl really trying to embrace the love and support given along the years. Hyrox Hotties Checkin in 🏃🏾‍♀️💨 Saturday was EPIC! We had over 40 women at our full Hyrox Simulation, and it was so inspiring to see them giving it their all. At Her Flex, we run our Full Sims exactly like Race Day! We ran 10 minute waves, counted down their start time as if they were in the race day tunnel, and had volunteers walking around to call out any penalties & no reps! We want our girls going into Race Day feeling extremely confident and ready to crush. All of our ladies were emailed food & warm up recommendations, the full simulation layout and the running loop, 4 days before so they could prepare! DC Hyrox, our girls are ready for you 🫡 If you’re not signed up for Sept, we’re almost certain DC’s next race will be in March! We offer Hyrox prep classes every week: Wednesdays at 6 am & Saturdays at 8 am - Taught by @_empowerin_ !
