Thank you for being here !

Fitness has always been more than just a workout for me. It’s always been personal. Tied to memories, growth, and the person who first introduced me to this lifestyle, my dad.

He was a firefighter, a coach, and honestly the strongest person I’ve known. We used to train together when I was younger. He’d push me, motivate me, and teach me the discipline and grit that still carry me through life today. He always showed up whether it was on the field or in the gym, and he taught me to show up for myself too.

My dad passed away from 9/11-related cancer. Fitness became my way of keeping his spirit alive. Every time I push through something hard, it reminds me of the lessons he instilled in me about strength, and resilience.

Fitness and bettering myself is where I go to process, reflect, and to heal. It’s become a way of honoring him and continuing the legacy of strength he left behind.

This isn’t just about me. It’s about carrying on everything he taught me, and sharing it with others who need that same drive. 🤍

It’s taken me a while to start this, thank you for letting me be vulnerable

I love you all and can’t wait to grow with you guys ❤️
