i get messages all the time from girls asking how to make new friends, meet people or just find their circle. this got me thinking, why not actually do something about it? 🫶

making friends as an adult isn’t always easy, and so many of us are in the same boat. i figured this could be a fun way to connect, bring girls together & create a space where everyone feels welcome 💌

if youve been looking for new friends, this is your sign. lets make it happen 🥰

feel free to dm me if you have any questions or concerns

this year has definitely come with a lot more complications than i anticipated BUT i truly feel as though it’s a blessing in disguise.

without everything i experienced the beginning of the year i wouldn’t be fueled with the motivation that i am today to ensure the rest of the year doesn’t look the same way.

sometimes it does take something crappy to push you to do better for yourself but im hoping this message helps you too. don’t wait for everything to fall apart before you build it up again, make yourself proud

Endometriosis is SO much more than just a “bad period”. I wanted to take some time to explain the importance of this, especially with March being endometriosis awareness month 💛

1 in 10 women are affected by endometriosis, and unfortunately, due to misdiagnosis, dismissal, and a lack of information, a lot of these women go undiagnosed.

The more we educate ourselves about this chronic condition, the more we can start to support one another, because conversation CAN and DOES change lives.

So if you’re suffering, please don’t ignore it. It’s not just a bad period. It’s a chronic illness, and it doesn’t just go away 🎗️
