dear travel softball,
thank you for being my first love and the one thing that will make my heart break over and over again now that you’re gone. i would not be the person i am today without you and i am so grateful for the experiences, memories, friendships, and people that you have given me throughout the last 12 years. i am so sad to see this chapter come to a close, but i am forever grateful to have been able to play for as long as i have and that i get to continue to play in college. thank you to all of my teammates and coaches that i’ve had along the way and a special thanks to my dad, who i will miss having as a coach and a mentor. growing up with you through this sport has been one of my biggest blessings and im so sad that it has come to an end.
