Today, while waiting for my team, a woman walked up to me and asked, “Are you the owner of Truly Blessed Jewels?” When I said yes, she smiled and said, “I love your brand. I’m actually wearing your bracelets right now.” Ironically, I had just been asked by another jeweler at a mentorship meeting, “How do you know when it’s time to scale your business?” My answer is simple: moments like this. After 20+ years in business, I’ve learned that brand recognition and brand equity aren’t built overnight. They’re built through consistency, community, and showing up every single day and having a team that supports you through the thick and thin. The equity TBJ has today was built one customer, one event, one relationship, and one experience at a time. This is something I remind our team of often: when you join TBJ, you’re not starting from zero. You’re walking into a brand that has been built through years of hard work, trust, sacrifice, and community. So what do I do every day? I build together with my team, i create with my team, we solve problems as a team, i encourage my team to create what others aren’t. And every once in a while, I get a reminder that all those years of hard work are making a difference. Build the brand. Build the trust. Build the equity. The recognition, loyalty, and sales will follow. 🤍 . . . #DayInTheLife #CEOlife #BrandBuilding TrulyBlessedJewels #businessgrowthstrategy
