And that’s a wrap for Folkstyle wrestling this season. I was awarded the, “Comeback of the Year award!” It was such a surprise and we’re grateful and beyond blessed.

It was so much fun to celebrate a great season with @pacificedgewrestling at the banquet. I couldn’t ask for a better team behind me to learn wrestling from. We seriously have the best coaches in Solano county.

When I started this journey into wrestling it was to add mat time, not knowing I would love the sport so much.

Thank you Coach Manny, and Coach Caesar for believing in me. We came in for a trial class, and got the invitaiton to join the competition team. Major love to Coach Yasin, and Coach Ashton for being there every step of the way making sure we had the support on the mats.

Shoutout to the team, with out amazing wrestling partners, we wouldn’t have been able to catch up on the curriculum.

I got a taste for folkstyle wrestling this season, and though I didn’t get to compete at the big leagues this year, I was still able to get out to local tournaments to make some noise with my team.

Will I be back next season??? definitely!!! I’m pushing for that top podium spot.

I’m grateful for the love and support from you all, the parents, the wrestlers, the refs, my opponents, Smash, the dudes, and especially my sponsor @circlewrestling ⭕️

Catch me rolling!!!

Such a busy Saturday!! Kylie had her first behind the wheel training with an instructor this morning! Then we had a birthday party in American Canyon for @odarodriguezg19 son, Junior. THEN we had our end of season banquet for @pacificedgewrestling at Dave & Busters! Such a crazy day but so much fun 💗❤️ #OfficiallyCanDriveMe #HappyBdayJunior #PacificEdgeWrestling @pacificedgewrestling

“Gotta keep my head, up, up, up, up. Up above the water.”

What a weekend. 2025 Bull Dawg Holiday Bash.

It started out cold walking into the gymnasium but it quickly warmed up when we saw Coach @_m.mendoza_ and Owen drilling on mat #6. My bracket was competing on Mat #5, so I was right where I needed to be.

4 total in my division. I wrestled 12u 59-64lbs and it went round robin. I ended the day going 2-1 to take home Silver against middle school boys. I was a few seconds short of running my second opponents shoulders to the ground but came up short on time. Took me a second to lock back in, Then I remembered to breathe and finished the day with an another pin.

Two pins and a few seconds shy. I just have to remember Win or lose, I’m here for the rassling.

Major shout out to the whole team. It was great to catch some of you wrestling hard. Big Thank you to all my coaches for being in my corner today, you guys are the best in the game. Give us a bit more time, and everyone will know who we are. Like Coach Manny always says, this is just the beginning.

We’re on our way to get a overall all team trophy. The #1 spot isn’t far off. Let’s goo!!!!

Catch me rolling.

Wrestling End of the Season banquet for 2023-2024 was tonight. It was great seeing all the kids together and catching up with the parents ❤️ Kylie was given an Acrylic Trophy for Most Valuable Wrestler (Female). So proud of both of my babies, but Kylie earned this. She gives it 100% every single time she steps out on that mat and has grown SOOOOO much this season. She has pushed herself past her comfort zones many times and has overcome so much health wise this last year. And never quit. Never wanted to give up. I can’t wait to see where this sport takes her. And Mr DOMinator as well. So proud of his hard work and can’t wait to see him compete in 14u this fall @pacificedgewrestling @pacificedgesports #KylieRene #MyDominicAnthony #SpicyKylie #DOMinator #PacificEdgeWrestling @goearnit @usawrestling
