We started the week off grinding hard with a clean complex into a workout that had us breathing hard until the last second.
-
Monday pushed our limits through a 15:00 AMRAP with a buy in of lunges and box jump overs and finishing the remaining time of max distance on the ski erg or rower.
-
Great day increasing work capacity!

Iconography with father Marek or how we called him, father Smooth. His feather like brush strokes, humility, humor, life experience and love of art transcended during 5 days of intense work upon our souls in Cleveland and he opened the doors to an ancient form of art, so needed in our digital and anxious life. Who knew that mixing colors or waiting for the paint to dry will transport us into earlier years, when we had time, when we were excited to spend 8 more hours focusing uninterrupted by media or another presence on what we were doing. Just us and a white board for the whole week. Calm, difficult, disciplined, fun, breathtaking, creative and engaged. It took a village and a master. Thank you #Marek Visnovsky#iconography #artlovers #cleveland #slovensketradicie

Welcome to Red Di♦️mond

Muscle fatigue is the goal so we sloooow it down (that’s easy at 530 a.m 🤭), control the weights and reach maximum output.

Hi Everyone!

It’s time for an updated house tour!

We are going to do a 1st floor tour! As you can see our major projects were floor refinishing, painting (every square inch of this house) and correcting old electrical. This takes TIME!

But now you can see how we are starting to put together and lay out each room! While we are still waiting on some items to arrive, the spaces are really starting to come together and we are absolutely in love with the direction we are headed.

Stay tuned for a tour of our 2nd floor and our walk out basement!

Winter White 🤍Images from our Norfolk project show how to design an all white space, lots of textures in stone, wallpaper, fabrics, and wood finishes allow the serenity of this space to shine and create contrast and depth. Varying the color of white also adds dimension! Hope everyone is staying warm on this chilly January day!

Great RBX find. This fabulous console was repainted from the original color to a Dorothy Draper inspired green color by our friend and fabulous painter Keith for our design project in Berea.

Hope everyone is enjoying Labor Day Weekend, and spending as much time outside as possible! As we welcome the cooler (and more hectic) days of Fall, we still welcome indoor/outdoor living for some peace while we can!
