2016. A whole damn decade ago.

The year I arose from the ashes like a phoenix.

Bounced back from New York in full lioness energy.

Went blonde (fully meant it).

Greece. Gran Canaries.

The start of a relationship with India.

Weddings. Kilts. True Scotsman nudity.

Back with friendships that never wavered.

Invisalign done. Couldn’t stop smiling.

Loud joy. Zero apologies.

And it was the year I created something that changed everything.

A one-off afternoon with @kennethbrangman. Just clarity and choices.
Became the very first Life Strategy Session.
It’s been shifting lives (mine included) ever since.

Just turned 13 and already ticking off the bucket list I didn’t even realize I had..

• Edinburgh views,
• Paris vibes,
• And my first ever Manchester derby! This is only the beginning! 🚀

Dream big, start young!

Put this project together to practice choreographing on and filming a group. Thanks to these amazing people for being involved and working hard to pull this together 🙏 I loved the experience.

Had an amazing time in Aviemore with these amazing people. Long nature walks, archery, hot tub relaxation, and games.
