2020 I graduated early from the University of Miami during COVID… zero jobs available so your girl decided to try out bottle girling which is basically a fancy word for liquor sales

Guess who was taking care of commercial real estate brokers left and right 👋🏽 meeee

Decided why the hell am I not selling these buildings it can’t be that hard if the boys are doing it. 4 years and over $60 million in sales later it was the best decision I ever made.

I sell shopping centers across the country and represent national tenants like @7brewcoffee and @culvers in Miami Dade!! Let’s connect at kaylan.knitowski@franklinst.com

NYC never misses✨🏙️

The CRE X Gala with @bobknakalnyc and @stripmallguy brought together some of the sharpest minds in commercial real estate and the conversations did not disappoint!

Deals, insights, strategies… but more importantly, real relationships being built in real time.

This is what it’s about, being in the rooms where things actually happen. #CRE #commercialrealestate #gala #FYP #cregala

An incredible evening at the Blue Missions 2026 Gala 💧
Over $300,000 raised to support clean water initiatives in the Dominican Republic—an amazing testament to what this community can do together.

Honored to be part of a night driving real, lasting impact.

C’mon ladies, let’s “Buy The Block!”🗝️💰

The 2026 @bethazor Women Real Estate Investment Summit was incredible! It was my second year in a row attending, and looking forward to next year (already got my ticket)!❤️

Being in a room with so many women commercial real estate investors across all asset classes was powerful!

It helped me sharpen my knowledge and relationships for my clients as well as giving me ideals for an investment portfolio of my own… 🤫

Excited to grow and implement everything I continue to learn!

I’m proud to have accomplished another deal with @kikiknit on the acquisition of Southgate Crossing in Southgate, Michigan, located at 16035–16215 Dix Toledo Road, which sold for $2,070,000.

This neighborhood shopping center sits in a strong retail corridor and offers excellent long-term potential for the new ownership. Transactions like this highlight the continued demand we’re seeing for well-located retail assets in the Midwest.

Grateful for the opportunity to work alongside great clients and partners to get this one across the finish line. 🤝🏼
