This weekend I travelled to LA for GNM weekend.

It was inspiring to meet so many amazing individuals also dedicated to bringing Germanische Heilkunde to greater awareness and public consciousness.

I so appreciate all the incredible speakers for bringing their unique perspective and wisdom, and for coming together to make this event happen.

Even after 5 years studying GHk, I learned so much more. I look forward to next year!

The full schedule for GNM Weekend!! 💛🧡❤️

We have an amazing lineup of speakers, time for making friends and connecting more deeply with fellow GNMers, and each night we will wrap up with a dance party!

We also have a surprise addition to the weekend… Dr. Sasha Tesic!

Dr. Sasha is an MD who worked directly with Dr. Hamer for almost 20 years and he will be diving deep into the topic of Abandonment, water retention, and the KCT biological program.

Day passes are available if you can’t make it for the whole event.

We can’t wait to gather in 2 weeks in Los Angeles and we hope you’ll be there!

Comment weekend for the link!

This Saturday, I’m hosting a salon at my home.

We treat birth like the finish line. It isn’t.

Birth is an event. Postpartum and motherhood are a journey.

There’s an enormous part of that journey that standard care simply isn’t designed to hold. You can be medically fine. Your baby can be fine. And you can still be in the middle of one of the biggest transformations of your life.

The food you’re eating. The room you’re in. Beauty. Rhythm. Rest. Being witnessed. Having someone care about the mother, not only the baby. These things can sound almost too simple to matter, but they can completely change how that transition is experienced.

This isn’t a class. It’s a returning.

In 12 days, I’ll be opening my home for an evening of conversation.

We spend so much time preparing for birth.
So little time preparing for what comes after.

Details in my Linktree.

Everyone’s wondering… will you come out to LA this October!?

Will you gather to have deep discussions about nature and biology?

Will you step out of your comfort zone and travel to LA to make new friends?

Will you join the Bio-Logical Revolution and connect with people who are sharing the incredible discoveries of Dr. Hamer?

We are SO jazzed for the GNM weekend this year!

We have an amazing speaker line up of passionate souls who will be teaching on topics that will help you LIVE the laws of biology.

We have a spacious amount of time booked at a fun venue which will allow for mingling and hanging out beyond the teaching portion of the weekend.

💃🕺We are even planning an evening dance party with @djmikewinner that will help you shake it out and integrate all the knowledge bombs that will be dropped on you!

So much energy goes into preparing for birth. Breathing techniques, birth plans, education. But what about everything that comes after? The days, weeks, and months of becoming a mother deserve just as much intention, support, and community.

Join us for an intimate evening of honest conversation, nourishing food, and connection as we explore what mothers actually need beyond the birth plan, because birth is just the beginning.🤍

Hosted by @dreamdoulavillage & @_mother_bones_

Hay una memoria antigua latiendo… 🔥
y hoy la estamos tejiendo juntas 🕸️✨
Gracias Dream Doula Village 🤍

There is an ancient memory pulsing within… 🔥
and today, we are weaving it together 🕸️✨
Thank you Carmen and Lauren of Dream Doula Village 🤍
for holding these spaces with me, where life remembers its path 🌿
Rites of passage can be experienced individually or in community… 🌕
and as midwives and doulas, we are guides of these sacred portals 🌀
This is not just a gathering…
it is a threshold 🚪✨
If you feel the call within you and in your city… 🔥
if you know it’s time to open the circle and light the fire…
write to me 💌
Let’s bring this living prayer to your land 🌎
