MC Drop: KILLAFLOWZ

Born on the East side of Porirua City and raised in the vibrant C-Circle of Cannons Creek, KILLAFLOWZ is a trailblazing rap artist/MC of Tokelauan and Samoan descent who has been making waves in the Wellington hip-hop scene since 2012. With his powerful storytelling, poignant poetry, and exceptional lyrical skill, KILLAFLOWZ embodies his name. His debut mixtape, CreekSide Story, dropped in 2015, featuring cuts and scratches by The OG DJ RAW and standout collaborations with Mareko and DJ SMV. Defying expectations, KILLAFLOWZ expanded his reach beyond Wellington, touring New Zealand and showcasing his talent overseas.

His poly cypher drop on Niu FM, and radio play on Kay-Sera Australia, and interveiws on Rep FM broadened the scope for KILLAFLOWZ as he continues to uplift his community, promoting local shows and bringing renowned artists like THE MOVEMENT to Porirua.

Following his recent performance for Planet Vegeta in Porirua, KILLAFLOWZ is set to bring his high energy to MC the relaunch of ROMIX Volume II, ready to connect you to the featured lineup of talented artists who are redefining the music scene!

Last month, Jaydah & I were part of the video for the amazing song ‘Us’ by @themicrophonejordan & Killaflowz. So of course I had to do a little write up on how I connected with the song 🤍

To some it's just hat. To me it's a reminder not to forget where I'm from. I'll put the city on the map and always put my homies on.
Shout out to @ghos_wunn for the beat and @warrenmahani for the clip. Hit them up. New visuals coming soon.
