This continuing education course was everything and more!

I’m so grateful to be surrounded by like minded souls who are genuinely passionate about becoming better movement practitioners. I learned so much!

Y’all really put that battery back in my back! 🔋✨

@junglejohanna has an incredible gift for bringing genuine people together and creating a safe environment where you can learn, grow, and become.

Thank you all , for sharing your knowledge, your passion, and your purpose. This experience reminded me why I fell in love with movement.

Thankful to be surrounded by such incredible and inspiring instructors. Thankful to my bestie girl @junglejohanna for creating these spaces, pouring into us, and helping us be our best selves in the wellness space. I really had an “I’m here for a reason” moment this weekend and it brought me to tears.
My heart is full, my circle is bigger, and my practice is better.
June Con’t Ed- WE GOT THIS! I love you all 🫶🏾

Still on cloud nine from the sweetest surprise baby sprinkle for our sweet Lyric. 🥹🤍 I truly had no idea what I was walking into, and I’m still overwhelmed by the love that filled that room.

To my incredible friends who put this all together, thank you. 🫶🏼 Thank you for celebrating our baby girl so intentionally and making me feel so loved during this special season of life. It was the most perfect evening to celebrate our little Lyric before she arrives. 💖
