Community is built when we show up, stand together, and give people a place to belong.

Back in April of 2026, @blakecarpenter put together the first ever pro skate competition in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. It was better known as the NSB Pro Open. This event was top tier, as pro athletes came together to throw down on Canal Street.

Filming this was beyond awesome. It took me a minute to organize all the footage since I shot so many clips. The skating was on fire, and I wanted to include as many athletes as possible. I didn't have the names of all the riders, so apologize if I you don't see your name alongside your part.

Let me know what you think in the comments below. Good, bad, or ugly, I can handle it. It felt more like a big giant free skate, rather than a competition. With no pressure and lots of smiles, the skating was off the hook!

Last Friday is one of the ways we invest in our community. Come skate, hang, and grab some coffee. It’s about building relationships, earning trust, and sharing the hope we have in Christ.
