You know that moment when the small talk turns into a real conversation?

You relax. You laugh. You stay a little longer than you planned.

A few moments from the Social Hour Collective rooms where connection found its own rhythm.

Would you come solo, or bring a friend? 👀

The Men’s Wellness Edition Event was everything we hoped it would be and more. From honest conversations to meaningful connections, this was a reminder that wellness looks different for everyone, and community makes the journey better.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, opened up, and helped create a space where men could feel supported, seen, and free to be exactly who they are. The energy was real, the conversations were powerful, and the connections will last beyond the event.

We can’t wait to create more intentional experiences like this in the future.

Tag someone who deserves to be in the room next time and share this recap with your community. Save this as your reminder: you don’t have to do it all alone.

Beautiful women. Real voices. Honest reflections. ✨

At the Mindful Mixer Women’s Wellness event, we asked a simple but layered question: what does it mean to be a woman?

The answers were soft, strong, complex, and deeply personal
just like us. From resilience to tenderness, from growth to self-definition, every response carried its own truth.

This is what it looks like when women are given space to be seen, heard, and felt without interruption.

More than an event… this is community. This is healing. This is us.

Hey There Wellness Wanderer, 🌿 Feeling overwhelmed? I know the feeling all to well. Finding harmony in womanhood, motherhood, relationships and prioritizing my business , things can get crazy ~ try this exercise with me. I hope it helps 🤞🏽

1. Find a quiet spot and sit comfortably.

2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, feeling your lungs expand.

3. Exhale slowly, letting go of any tension.

4. Focus on your breath as it flows in and out, noticing the sensation of each inhale and exhale.

5. If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath without judgment.

6. Continue for a few minutes, allowing yourself to relax and be present in the moment.

✨Take this time for yourself each day to reduce stress and increase focus. Remember, mindfulness is a journey, so be patient with yourself. 💫 #Mindfulness #StressRelief #Focus #Wellness #SelfCare

A sunrise hike and labyrinth dance party was the only way to end such an incredible week with such wonderful, inspiring people and epic, engaging classes. Leaving my academic intensive filled up with gratitude and ready to dive into a new semester.
