AERIAL PHYSIQUE LEVEL ONE TEACHER TRAINING COMPLETE! 🫶🏻

As I sit in the airport writing this caption I’m feeling EMO!😢 The morning I flew out I was literally in my driveway throwing up from anxiety. My instant thought was “I can’t do this. I need to pull out.” But the stubborn part of me was telling me “suck it up you little b****” so that’s what I did!

I came into the first day SUPER nervous, but each and every one of the people in these photos made me feel welcomed, supported, and most of all made me feel like I belonged there🫶🏻

This experience was one of the hardest experiences of my life mentally and physically. 6 and a half-hour training days from Monday to Friday. It took pure grit, dedication, and love of this sport to push through and overcome.

I cannot thank @aerialcoachgabe enough for believing in me and us ALL! You are such an amazing instructor and I aspire to be to my students what you were to me 🫶🏻

I can’t wait to bring back what I’ve learned to @etherealrebels and share my love and passion with all those I have the honor to teach ✨

Saturday was everything we could’ve imagined it would be.

Thank you to ALL who came out and supported STRUT: HIDDEN FREQUENCIES in K-Town this past weekend! The dance, the fashion, and the raving was a spectacle to see and a hell of a party to experience.

Again soon?🤫

oh sweet summer, you CUTIE you 🥹
straight out of a movie. your kisses will last lifetimes ✨

the summer where I:

- became best friends with joy
- didn’t wait for someone else’s yes to do what I wanted
- listened to my body when it said “let’s have fun” or “let’s go home”
- shooted so many shots
- fell back in love with hooping 🥹
- painted up a STORM
- let “why not” take the wheel
- solo side-quested
- hung out with as many cats as I did people
- let LA romanticize me
- hosted multiple cutie crafty days
- salsaed
- valued myself by increasing my rates
- stopped forcing and started letting things flow
- strengthened my yoga practice
- let my flirty flag fly
- came back to myself
- prioritized my intuition
- forgave
- THRIVED

bless you. love you. thank you.

God, I needed that. 💕

nowwww to let it all simmer & sip all through the next season 🫖
