💙 Stronger Together — This Is the Diving Community 💙

A heartfelt thank you to Fraser Valley Diving Club for welcoming our iDive athletes and giving them the opportunity to train alongside your team this summer.

After the closure of Vancouver Aquatic Centre, this summer brought many changes and challenges for iDive. Having another diving club open its doors, share its training space, and welcome our athletes meant so much to us.

This is what makes the diving community special. ❤️

We may train with different clubs and compete against each other at meets, but when challenges arise, we support one another, share what we have, and help keep our athletes moving forward.

To the coaches, athletes, families, and everyone at Fraser Valley Diving Club — thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support. We are truly grateful for the friendship between our clubs.

Because diving is more than a sport.
It is a community. And we are stronger when we support each other. 🤝💙

From all of us at iDive — thank you, Fraser Valley Diving Club! 🙏❤️

Every practice builds us.
Every takeoff moves us forward.

We had so much fun visiting family and friends these past couple of days. We are so blessed to have people in our life’s saying see ya later too is so hard. Until next time ❤️

It might not be Thursday but here’s a throwback! 7 years ago today these athletes were competing at Edmonton provincials to try to secure their qualification to Junior Nationals.

~• One year ago was my Illuminate Retreat in Mexico! This retreat focused on bringing that inner light out and by doing that we connected with some truly tremendous humans. These retreats are more than yoga, they are wellness, realigning yourself, fueling that medicine within! •~

~• sometimes I feel overwhelmed… yes as a yogi/wellness coach — I too get burnt out, overwhelmed and freakin tired… how about you?

Then I do a check in and realign myself with my "why." From there I’m able to making actionable steps to break something down so it doesn’t seem as daunting! This is something I do in all facets of life — business, motherhood, relationship’s etc. Alongside a deep breath.

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed?

This reel is beauty but behind the scenes over here is a bit of chaos too! So remember along side high lights there are low lights!

Really looking forward to my retreat in Morocco to be with ease with some beautiful humans •~
