Spent a much needed girls day with @glosshouse doing what we needed — moving our body & taking our stress out with @jyimajyim at @thejyim, then relaxing our minds with a long overdue Swedish massage at @rebootorganicspa before refueling for the rest of our day with sushi from @yunomihandroll 🍣 Reminder to squeeze in your self-care whenever you can, you don’t need a whole day. Sometimes a couple of hours will get you right.
