Im sorry what? It’s been five years as a DMT Angel. How is that even possible?

This was my last year as a DMT Angel, and I’m so grateful—for the people, the play, and absolutely everything I’m taking with me.

Thank you @kimiinch Thank you @_xokayce_ . Thank you to ALL the angels that I played with for the first few years. And to the new angels that continue to bring their spiciness to this container. 🔥

To the gorgeous, wholesome hearts who walked into that space and welcome my own type of love. I will never forget your bravery and boldness.

This space has been a playground for growth, desire, and finding my way back to myself. Learning to own my yes and my no. To change my mind. To trust my voice.

Still practicing. And I’m still overcommitting sometimes. 😂

Getting to support others as their confidence and spark returned has meant so much to me.

My DMT Angel role is complete, but I’m still part of this community. What I’ve learned comes with me—into my relationships, my parenting, and how I show up for myself.

I don’t know how so many people from this community became like family to me over the last couple of years, but I feel so blessed that they have. That was like an infusion of unstoppable energy, inspiration, and growth.

So grateful for all the returning friends, deepening connections and new friendships forged.

If I’m going to be my own boss, it’s about right to send myself to gather with people I’m inspired by who are changing the world centered around community connection.

Now integrating that dopamine is another story altogether…

Every year, I leave for 6 weeks.

Not to escape my work—
but to be inside it.

What you’re seeing in these slides isn’t time off.
It’s the lived side of everything I teach.

The moment I felt guilt and realized it wasn’t real.
Listening to my body instead of overriding it.
Leaving at the peak instead of clinging to momentum.
Letting something reorganize instead of forcing outcomes.

This is the part most people skip.

They want the insight
without the immersion.
The clarity
without the disruption.
The results
without actually changing how they live.

But this work doesn’t come from theory.
It comes from lived experience.

From putting yourself in new environments.
From stretching your edges.
From actually embodying the thing you speak about.

Half of what I earn goes right back into that.
Into my own expansion.

Clinical. Sexological. Spiritual.
Over and over again.

Because who I am in the room
is the work.

And every time I leave, expand, recalibrate—
I come back with more of it.
More precision.
More depth.
More truth.

I wrote about what this summer actually opened in me—
what I learned about intimacy, polarity, and connection
through living it, not just teaching it—
