Where the inspiration comes from! 🍿✨

People always ask how we come up with our flavor lineup. Sometimes it’s seasonal trends, but often it’s just family movie nights like this!
Teaching the kids about the legendary Oreo-and-peanut-butter combo while reminiscing on how Parent Trap became a Kimmer’s staple. Nothing beats small-batch scoops inspired by real life! 🤎

Can we keep sending this until @lindsaylohan sees it? 🥰

Every single receipt in this pile represents a sweet moment, a happy customer, and a successful first outing for the Kimmer'sTruck. 🚚 ❤️ ✨️🍦

Bringing an ice cream truck from an idea, to a rendering, to a reality took a village, and seeing it all pay off today leaves us speechlessly grateful.

A huge THANK YOU to the lovely people at @theosophicalsocietyamerica for having us each year and to everyone who came out to taste the magic on wheels. This is just the beginning! 💫

Proof that some of us were just born to scoop. 🎀🍦✨

In all seriousness, looking back at where this journey started (college dreams, leap of faith, big goals), it’s crazy to think about how far Kimmer’s has come in 16 years. You truly never know what you're capable of until you take the risk, put in the relentless hard work, and show up every single day.

But the real secret? You can’t do it alone. Surrounding yourself with the absolute best team—our incredible shop crews, our supportive families, and a community that cheers us on—is what turns a crazy idea into magic.

Whatever big dream you’re holding onto today, work hard, trust your crew, and keep reaching for it! 💫

To our incredible staff: you held down the line with endless smiles, worked tirelessly through the heat waves, and brought the magic every single day. You are the heart and soul of Kimmer's. 💖
To our amazing customers across the western suburbs: thank you for choosing to spend your summer memories, family traditions, and sweet moments with us! We love serving this community more than words can say.

Sometimes, running a local business rewards you in ways that have absolutely nothing to do with ice cream. This past weekend was one of those times. 🤍
Years ago, we crossed paths with an incredible Wheaton family and their son, Jack. Jack was born with a very rare condition called KCNQ2. Every year, his family hosts a golf outing to raise critical funding for KCNQ2 research, and supporting "Jack's Army" has truly become a core piece of our mission here at Kimmer's.
Bringing our scoops to the golfers is always one of our favorite days of the summer. 🌞 ✨️ 🍦 ⛳️
We were incredibly humbled to be recognized by this amazing family over the weekend with an award, but the real honor is simply being a small part of Jack’s literal Army. This family is the definition of strength, and we are so grateful for their friendship.
Please take a moment to check out the incredible work they are doing to fight and research KCNQ2.
Together, we are all part of Jack's Army. 🪖✨

When you run a small batch ice cream company, the shop is basically the third partner in the relationship. Britney said it best—we are officially addicted to the hustle. 🎶 🍦 ✨️

Behind every great scoop of handcrafted ice cream is a business owner surviving on Diet Coke, group chats, and last-minute notes.

Just know, if you see us on our phones, we are more than likely working on something! 🤪 🤳
