Because of one “yes,” lives were changed. Our Leadership Retreat in Puerto Rico was packed with so many powerful takeaways, and I can’t wait to share them with you over my next few posts! Most leadership retreats are reserved for those who have worked their business with such passion and intention that they’ve reached a certain “level,” qualifying them to attend exclusive, high-level events. But not this one. Our top leaders saw something different. They noticed we have so many incredible leaders on our team who haven’t yet reached the top two ranks (out of only four). But instead of making this retreat about rank or income, they made it about worth—about the unique strengths we all bring to the table-even as a brand new consultant! The beauty of this business? This retreat will be a hard one to beat. We came from all over to connect together this weekend on a beautiful farm hosted by our incredible leader @daniellelawver Being outside all day, building relationships, growing our minds, opening up about the good, the bad and the ugly, connecting with Mother Nature and constantly laughing, made this trip one that I know none of us will forget. There is not one person that was there that I knew before starting my Arbonne business 6 years ago and even though I don’t see most of them a lot, when we do, we take full advantage of our time together. We have built such a solid Arbonne family with a bond that will very hard to break. About this weekend… 6 months ago I started dreaming up this retreat and it was more than I could have ever hoped or planned for. I wanted a weekend where we could rest, dig into things that were holding us back, plan the next quarter and just BE TOGETHER. And something special happened.
