I saw an ex the other day. I could be bitter. I could bring forward my heartbreak from years ago or I can simply observe the person in front of me that I still respect and love and let it all be a thing that happened in the past.

I don’t need him to make me feel safe to communicate anything or be in my loving. I can trust myself enough that I make decisions that make me safe.

I don’t have to complicate the love I have for someone by adding my expectations to them.

I can miss him and know that it’s not our time. I can love him and know that our lifestyles don’t match up. I can know him deeply as a man and let him have his own choices and life.

To me that is truly loving someone AND myself.

No drama. No blame. No expectations.

Just love.

To experience that kind of freedom for yourself, join me in The Relaxed Room to practice that level of clarity, safety and self love.

The world asks you to be a million different things. This is time to sit with the one you actually are — an intimate group, spacious views, and a pace that leaves room for it.

What the days are made of. NeurOptimal brain training. Somatic Experiencing, and work on unlearning limiting beliefs. Human Design, with individual and group coaching. Body of Light meditation and Chinese meridian exercises. Time outside, and organic home-cooked meals.

Doors open Wednesday at 1pm, with time to unpack, settle in and find a hammock. The group circles up at 4pm. Saturday morning is a private boat day on the water, and the retreat closes Sunday at 10am.

In KINDbrain's words, it is not just brain training, it is life training.

Gentleman, please know I appreciate you. This is not a complaint, but rather an option for a solution.

When I posted this story, I got A LOT of feedback about how this is normal.

I’ve never experienced this kind of silliness. This is unacceptable. And I’m guessing they act like this because WOMEN have been rude or “entitled” to an expensive first date, or generally used them in the past.

I get it. But if we were all properly discerning from the beginning, then men can directly ask, pursue and court, while women can be gracious, flirt and appreciate.

It’s really simple when we are confident in our expectations and our values. But when we buy into the “polarity” narrative or women think they are the prize but come across bitchy, then everyone loses.

We are biologically designed for emotional and physical connection. We are all starving for it. And yet, here was this guy, “trying” to date me, but didn’t have the first clue how to make it happen.

Guys, since I appreciate you and think toxic masculinity is bullshit, I invite you to the KINGS JOURNEY.

It is 3 months, meeting weekly with me to ditch the self sabotage, unlearn the feminist polarity bullshit, and start operating from your inner masculine knowing.

YOU have the answers, I just shine the light on what is already there.

In 3 months, I will have you so confident in yourself and your values that people will be shocked at what you are accomplishing.

I’ve been working privately with men for years. It’s your turn.

September’s community call featured the beautiful presence of @kelley_raleigh who shared so much wisdom from her life experiences, her work with @kind.brain and her journey through motherhood.

We explored what it means to stay connected to ourselves, honor the seasons we move through, and embrace motherhood in all of its complexity, beauty, and growth. 🤍

The perfect 5 days to rejuvenate after the holidays…
Unlearn. Nourish. Rest.

This retreat is for the person who is overwhelmed, overworked and over performing.

For these 5 days you will not have to do any of that. You are just showing up and learning how to rest, receive nourishment and just be. And then you are practicing that for 5 days so that when you go back home, adjustments are made so that your life is balanced and you feel like an actual human.

You will leave knowing the best parts of yourself through a whole new lens AND how to sustain that back in day to day life.

This is NOT your average retreat. This is NOT biohacking your way through the yucky stuff.
This is getting you back to basics, back to your real self.
You will be so grateful you came.

Much of the conversation around motherhood focuses on overwhelm, exhaustion, frustration, and loss. While those experiences are real, they’re not the only stories available.

Motherhood is also about expansion…
Expansion into greater self trust, resilience, and capacity to hold the full spectrum of life.

We’re not talking about toxic positivity or pretending motherhood is easy. We’re talking about creating safety in our bodies, trusting ourselves through uncertainty, and moving through hard moments without needing to numb, avoid, or fear them.

Join us live as we explore motherhood through this lens.
💓🙏🏼 ✨
