My last half marathon before Chattanooga, and I think this is the strongest I’ve ever felt mentally during a race. Proud of that progress and grateful for a body that allows me to keep challenging myself.

Now it’s time to ease back, maintain and prioritize recovery before 26.2 on October 25th 🤍

🌷Spring 2026🌷
This semester has put me in so many different seasons of life and it has taught me some very valuable lessons. I am super grateful for one of my last spring semesters before graduation next spring. It has been filled with joy, laughter, tears, friendships, stress, and new adventures. God has answered a much needed prayer in my life and I feel so blessed. Can’t wait to see what the Lord has planned next in my life going forward. #mdmcsu28
