Good matcha, good people, tasty treats, and sisterhood along the way. 💕✨ Our summer series with @kinfolkmatcha brought the connection, community, and some beautiful memories! Thank you for welcoming of us Denys, you and the Kinfolk crew made Summer just that much brighter.

Kinfolk is getting the crew together ONE last time this year on October 24th! 🍵 Come catch a vibe with us. 💚

ATL MATCHA LOVERS 🍵 | NEXT CLASS 10.24 🖤

Yes, Black folks like matcha too! 😂 Went on a dolo date to this class by @kinfolkmatcha last month and I LOVED it. They taught us how to make GOOD matcha (2 cups!), we tried different homemade flavors and learned about some Black-owned brands.

And they fed us too! We had açaí bowls by @perfectblendatl (so good!), giveaways, and made our own flower bouquets to take home. 💐

Whether you go solo, with your bestie, or your boo, this is such a cute way to spend an afternoon.

The next class is Saturday, Oct. 24! If you go, tell them N!K sent ya! 💜 Follow them for more info or comment MATCHA and I’ll send you all the class deets. 👀

SISTERHOOD, the best hood of all! 💙💛

There’s really something special about being in a room full of women who are all there to move, sweat, laugh, encourage each other and just HAVE A GOOD TIME!

Huge thank you to @aeshiadevorebranch for continuing to create spaces like this for us women. @prettygirlssweat is always such a vibe, and I’m so grateful I got to experience it for the 2nd time!

Rich in life because I get to experience moments like these with women who feel like sisters. 💕

Words can’t even describe how grateful I feel to be in rooms like the one I experienced on Saturday — next month will mark my first full year in the A🦋

Thank you @aeshiadevorebranch for creating something as powerful as @prettygirlssweat & for allowing me to a part of the #PGS100STRONG during the 15 year anniversary!

There’s no hood like THE Sweat Sisterhood & I felt so inspired by all the confident, strong, & empowering women in the room 🩷 No competition, no judgements — just women uplifting women to show up as their best selves.

From the vendors to the pop up classes to the photo opps, goodies and sponsors; @prettygirlssweat YALL DID THAT. Thanks for having meee, I can’t wait for next year 🩵!

What a beautiful day supporting @aeshiadevorebranch and @prettygirlssweat to celebrate what it means to build and sustain Pretty Girl Sweat for 15 years!! The energy was high and the love was real!

Somewhere between the workouts, panels, conversations and connecting with other amazing businesswomen in the wellness space, I found myself truly feeling encouraged about my own journey in entrepreneurship.

Sometimes you sustain. Sometimes you pivot. Sometimes you expand into something new. But most of all, you keep going long enough to see what God can do! 🙌🏾

Through it all, keep moving, stay connected and believe in yourself no matter what! 💪🏾💕
