AUGUST: Marathon Month! My coach theme this month - “Going the Extra Mile”

Witnessing @orangetheory members accept micro-challenges and test their limits this month brought me so much joy. I challenged myself to show up fully in any space I entered, not only in the fitness studio, professionally and physically, but also outside the studio doors — in my interactions with others and the way I carried myself.

Never underestimate the power of going the extra mile. A little extra effort goes a long way!

In a day filled with many meetings and tasks to be completed and no time in between. It was great to find those 22 minutes to be selfish and invest the moment on myself. Wherever you are give yourself a moment, because you are worth the moment. Thank you @king.hancock for the constant reminder that we are just as important as all the items on our plate. #KeepMovingForward #ThankForRunningWithMe

October:
- We witnessed work “mom and dad” get married, and then the three musketeers obviously won the OTF Convention DriTri (aka Trinity challenge). Convention was just the best experience, connecting with other high performing/super passionate Head Coaches, meeting our teams from Cali, Spain and Florida!
- Did a lot of outdoor runs, ran a race that I look like I was having way too much fun in, Jess came to nyc
- Mario & Luigi hit the town like a tornado. Had a few girls’ nights!
- Gene played with the GOAT - Johnny Mac!

these BEAUTIFUL people made this year SO SPECIAL!! 🥹🥰 🫶

Adulting can be hard. Real friendship can be rare but truly a blessing plus 💎! I want to acknowledge the ones that stepped in and stayed in! ✨ Each of you played a role and left a special impact! We all have our own stuff going on but THANK YOU FOR MAKING ROOM and just being a good •friend•! 🫶

THANK YOU for choosing to walk through fire, to celebrate the wins & victories (even if they were small), believing in me (even when I couldn’t see it or didn’t believe in myself), choosing to stand in the gap, praying over me and with me, taking my hand, being a rock, reminding me of who I am and Whose I am! holding me when I couldn’t hold myself up, bringing the energy of great times, laughing so hard our face hurts/ tears are streaming/ +a core workout 🤣, checking in, correcting me, giving me a hard time 😆😐🙃, opening up my eyes to how important it is of WHO you surround yourself with, empowering not competing, loving so genuinely, being light, creating fun times, making countless memories. ☀️ YOU are good for the soul and spirit!

I couldn’t have done it without you. I wouldn’t have wanted to. I am forever grateful. I love you. You mean the world to me! Praising Jesus for creating such incredible people- we get to share this lifetime together! Cheers!

sweet friendships refresh the soul.

🗣Appreciation Post‼️
🙏🏽🫶🏽Before going into the New Year, I want to acknowledge and thank all of my family and friends that have made an impact in and on my life. There have been many days and nights I’ve asked God to surround me with individuals that possess the light of his love, positive energy, and humbled humility of servitude. And He did that with y’all!

🫶🏽🙏🏽I am blessed to experience you all, whether it be for a day or a lifetime. I pray God blesses you with the desires of your Heart in the year of 2024 and forever. May he protect and cover you and your circle of loved ones.

🙏🏽🫶🏽Be arrogant and humble at the same time. Pop yo shii and thank God while doing it.

🫶🏽🙏🏽AND I’m praying for all our bank accounts to get on SWOLE, walk into the year 2024 HELLA BOLD

🙌🏾Happy New Years Y’all ‼️

Ps. If you’re a loved one of mine and I missed you in this reel. Charge it to my mind and not my heart, same prayers and wishes go out to you too.
