EXPLOSIVENESS IS BUILT BEFORE IT’S DISPLAYED!

Everybody sees the POSTER DUNKS! 😤But what they don’t see is the WORK behind them!

Professional basketball player @king.jones9 putting in the work with the @calmachofficial to take his athleticism to another level! 📈

⚡ Single-leg pogo jumps — Developing ankle stiffness, reactive strength, and quick ground contact.

⚡ Two-foot explosive jumps — Building lower-body power, coordination, and the ability to generate force off the floor.

⚡ GAME TRANSLATION — Turning explosive training into explosive finishes above the rim! 💪🏽

The goal isn’t just to jump higher in training. It’s to develop the strength, power, and explosiveness that TRANSLATE when the lights come on! 🎯

TRAIN WITH PURPOSE. PERFORM WITH POWER. LET THE GAME SPEAK! 💯

Smaller guards need more than touch to finish over length. They need physicality, the right angle and timing.

The details 🔬are simple…..get to the defender’s hip, time the bump, land on two feet, and finish before the shot blocker can recover!

Everybody has God given talent. How do you MAXIMIZE yours!? #GGT

Developing two of the best guards to ever come out of the area! You got one kid who went to Vacaville high school in @thats_em_5 and another who went to Will C. Wood high school in Vacaville in @king.jones9.

Both on the verge of overachieving and surprising a lot of people who didn’t believe 6-7 years ago!

True development happens years in the making when you ignore what everybody else is doing and trusting the plan laid out in front of you!

To be continued…🤫 #GGT
