A fitting time to finally have a camera of my own 📸

After years of working behind the scenes, I’m reminded of how much of my experience in the industry has been shaped by observation, watching people in their element. The focus, the playful moments, the downtime between chaos, the way my fellow creatives move when they’re fully immersed in what they do.

I’m usually so present in these spaces that I rarely think to document them, but this feels like a new way to share the world I’ve spent years being part of.

Still learning this Fuji and everything it’s capable of, but there’s something special about capturing people I care for and respect through my own lens. Especially knowing this camera carries a beautiful history of its own from @sjvanzyl

The collection explores this evolving sonic narrative, translating musical eras into form. Tailoring, denim, and sculptural silhouettes create a dialogue between past and present—capturing how culture is constantly remixed, redefined, and carried forward.
