There’s something powerful about building a healthier life together.

These two don’t just share a marriage they share goals, accountability, and weekly sessions where they show up ready to work.
That’s what couples who train together, stay together really means. 💪🏽

Proud to coach a couple that truly lives the lifestyle.

2025 started in burnout.
The quiet kind where you’re still showing up, but carrying more than you let on.

And somehow… it blossomed.

This year brought deeper love with Billy, friendships I never expected through the bodybuilding & fitness space, and a circle of people who truly feel like home.

It also brought moments of recognition at work — something most officers don’t expect and never work for, because integrity doesn’t wait for applause. We show up, we do the job, we give our best whether anyone is watching or not. So to be acknowledged this year through a Commendation of Excellence, Officer of the Month (twice), and a Leading by Example Award meant more than words — not as a goal, but as a reminder that consistency, character, and heart are seen.

The Man in the Arena quote has never felt more fitting:
“The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena… who errs, who comes short again and again… but who does actually strive to do the deeds.”

This year wasn’t about perfection. It was about choosing to stay in the arena — tired, growing, learning… and showing up anyway.

Grateful for how 2025 unfolded. Exactly as it was meant to. ❤️

HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎉

BrickHowse Annual Christmas Party 🎄🎁

Last night was a vibe. Although not everyone was able to make it out, I truly appreciate those who did. We laughed, played games, fellowshipped, and enjoyed being in the same space just like the old days.

Sometimes you can’t do it how you used to… but for one night, we did it for the occasion and it was worth it. Grateful for this community and the memories we continue to build together. 🙏🏽❤️

🔥 Client Transformation Spotlight 🔥

When Whaletha Harvey and I started working together back in June ‘22, the goal was simple to get her physique to a place where she could feel good, confident, and strong in her own skin. She started at 160 lbs, and through consistent effort, hard work, and dedication, her physique completely transformed over time.

Although the initial goal was never to compete, fast forward to this past weekend she stepped on stage for her first ever bodybuilding competition as a Bikini competitor, weighing in at 116 lbs, marking a total weight loss of 44 lbs! 💪🏽

Not only did she bring an amazing package to the stage, but she was also rewarded for her hard work by earning hardware 🏆👏🏽

For anyone looking to transform your physique in any capacity remember, real change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, discipline, patience, and consistency day after day.

When you combine that with the right guidance, and support, the results will come.

Trust the process and stay the course. 💪🏽

Proud is an understatement. Amazing job, Whaletha! 🙌🏽
