Took a drive down to Columbia & it was worth it! Not often can you still find community, quality equipment, & an owner who truly cares about his members all in one gym. Thank you @kingdom.strength.studio for letting me check the place out! #gymgirl #franklin #fitnesscontent #community #columbiatn

Also wearing my @kingdom.strength.studio shirt today! Happy to rep you guys all the way down in South GA! ✝️💪🏻

I love being FIT for my boys. Spiritually fit and physically fit, it is good to be a fit parent and for our children to see us disciplining our bodies and using our bodies to glorify & honor Christ. Keep going Fit parents, I see you….they see you 👀

Today’s lift fueled by @buildtempl pre-workout GENESIS! You should seek to saturate your life with Gods truth. Your supplements should be no exception. Look them up and see how God is using them to help your training be worship! 💪🏻
