We are honored & humbled to be named the 2025 Agency of the Year by Big Brothers Big Sisters of America — the highest recognition in our national network. 🏆

This award reflects our consecutive years of growth, measurable impact, and our team’s unwavering belief that every young person deserves access to opportunity. 💚🖤

In 2025, we achieved year over year growth overall and with diverse Bigs, and consistent, long term impact. Our long-lasting 1-to-1 mentoring relationships are helping young people graduate from high school, pursue college and career pathways, strengthen their mental health, and expand the social connections that drive economic mobility. 🫶

Thank you to our village … to our BBBS family for being part of this journey. Together, we are proving that when a community invests in young people, the impact multiplies across generations. 🎉

#IntheNews: We’re incredibly honored to be recognized as one of only 5 Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies nationwide to receive the 2025 Pinnacle Award for four consecutive years of growth & impact.

As our President & CEO, Carlos Lejnieks, shared:
“For us, this has always been a life thing, not a job thing.”

This recognition reflects the unwavering commitment of our staff, board, Bigs, Littles, families, donors, and community partners who make this mission possible every day.

We’re especially proud that our work continues to deliver life-changing outcomes, because “Longer, stronger mentoring relationships drive impact.”

Thank you to everyone who believes in the power and promise of young people. 💚

Great people, great neighbors, and a little friendly competition 🏈 Our BBBS team hosted a football-themed “block party” with our national office and building neighbors stopping in to celebrate community, December & January birthdays, and kick off our #SuperBowlLX Playoffs Challenge. 🙌🏾

Who from our BBBS team is still in it to win it? Stay tuned! 👀

Flashback Friday! 10 years ago today we had the distinct (and fun!) honor to ring the @nasdaq Closing Bell. Joined by our extended BBBS family (Bigs, Littles, staff, partners & friends), we took over #times Square with our mentoring mission. How time flies!
