🥶 NEW BLUE BELTS IN THE BUILDING 🥶 Congratulations to our newest blue belts! We are super proud of each one of you and the quality of Jiu Jitsu you have each worked so hard to gain. Blue belt is a long and hard belt, and it it is where you will truly build your style and the foundation that will take you to black belt and beyond. It's the belt where Jiu Jitsu will test you, and where most people quit (second to white belt). Jiu Jitsu is a slow process, the likes of which cannot be seen on a day by day basis. Don't be disheartened, know that even though it may not feel like it, that each day you are still improving. Patience and persistence are key. We are proud of you, and we are excited to witness your journeys and to see the kind of grapplers you become. Congratulations! 🎉 Purple belts (and white belts) watch out! #bluebelt #jiujitsu #BJJ #VIBJJ #vanislebjj #brazilianjiujitsu #promotions #improvement #community #team #yyj #victoriabc #vancouverisland #yyjfitness
