Join @igottabewell for I Gotta Bloom Well 🌸🌿

A wellness experience rooted in movement, soundbath, bouquet building, and intentional community, guided by @bewellcarlimichelle.

So often, we experience wellness individually.
We move, breathe, feel, process… and leave.

But flowers don’t bloom alone.

While every flower blooms in its own timing and beauty, it still blooms in connection to the world around it. I Gotta Bloom Well is an invitation into both individuality and community.

Together, we’ll soften, connect, create, and build bouquets alongside one another 💐

Details:
📍 LA State Historic Park
🗓 Saturday, May 16
⏰ 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
🎟️ $40 ticket

🌸 Bring a bouquet of flowers for our community flower bar + receive a $10 refund via cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, etc.

Photo dump of the battle for cancer bodybuilding show earlier this year.

Grateful for all the connections I was able to make at the show.

It meant the world to have the support of my family and friends on this special day.

Having my mom and dad see me do my thing on stage was everything for me.

From growing up sick dealing with eczema, asthma, childhood obesity, and eating disorders all my life.

To taking my health into my own hands at 19 years young and beginning my journey of mastering nutrition and fitness.

Finally now having my family see me at the peak of my health and fitness.

Giving thanks to god for all the success.

Stay locked in, because 2025 we are coming back to the stage bigger and better.📈

I want to wish my brother a Happy Birthday. No one knows the shxt we've been through together. Lots of ups and downs. We both reached 30 years old and I think that it self is a huge accomplishment. We've been in so many tough situations that we've overcame. I couldn't be more proud of my brother. I love you bro. Here's to many more birthdays.
