ATLANTA WAS ALWAYS MORE THAN WHAT PEOPLE SAW. Before the retrospectives, before everybody had a think piece about the culture, there were people here making things because they had something to say. Fashion was part of that conversation. This is a little piece of the past. Funny how something can be a memory one day and a reminder the next. I’m not here to explain the future. Just paying respect to a moment that helped shape the road. 2027. The next part will speak for itself. Some things need time before they make sense. 🎥 Rolling Out TV — Cedric King / DAP-RUGGET #DAPRUGGET #AtlantaFashion #FromTheArchives #contentcreator #fashion

Last night’s **FACEs of Fashion** event in the city was a spectacular celebration of high fashion, showcasing a stunning array of designs that blended diverse fabrics, cultures, and textures. Designers truly brought their A-game, featuring everything from ready-to-wear pieces to elegant gowns, including a dope tribute to *Alice in Wonderland*. At least I think that’s what it was. The evening was a resounding success, thanks to Fulton County Arts and Culture, ensuring a memorable experience filled with fashion, art, and culture. Cudos to @therealdavidmanuel and his entire team @facesoffashiongala @facefultoncounty @eshesmiles @geological.agriculture @therealchristaljordan @dallasaustins our latest cover model @regina.davenport fashion icon @iamrecochapple was in the bldg @marvinarringtonjr @thefabulousdejavu @iammarciadore anybody I forgot please forgive me. It was an evening to remember, celebrating the icons and leaders who shape our vibrant cultural landscape. S/O to ALEX ! @farrierbell_couture he KILL IT! He was one of many designers @kingpopdesign @kellyleeallen and I worked with years ago. Rest in power Manuel Seal music won’t be the same.
