Stronger together on and off the field! 🤝 Loved seeing everyone go all-out for Captain Ball and our beach challenges at Sentosa.

Played hard, laughed harder, and made memories at Sentosa.

Big thanks to the team for an awesome day out❤️ !!

I’m self-employed. So is my boss. They didn’t have to buy me this birthday lunch, but they chose to. That’s the culture worth building.

What do you guys think of the Colony?

She survived stage 3 throat cancer, gave 17 years to the same company, and this is how they treated her.

They denied her work-from-home privileges. Made life so unbearable that quitting felt like her only option. And when she fought back? The Employment Claims Tribunal awarded her $20,000.

But here’s what gets me. It wasn’t just about the WFH policy. The HR manager actually made the company doctor retract his own medical recommendation for her.

This is what happens when employers stop seeing their people as human.

The hard truth? You can’t expect any employer to carry you long when you’re critically ill. No matter how loyal you’ve been. That’s why having your own critical illness coverage isn’t optional. It’s the difference between fighting for your health and fighting to keep your income.

Fair treatment isn’t a favour. It’s a right. But protecting yourself and your family? That’s on you.

Hope she’s recovering well.

1 Million FYC District.

Last year: November.
This year: July.

Progress doesn’t happen overnight. It happens when you stay consistent.

Here are the Top 3 lessons I’ve learned from 6 years in leadership:

1. Build people before you build numbers. Great people create great results.
2. Protect your culture. The right environment brings out the best in everyone.
3. Develop leaders, not followers. Leadership creates lasting growth beyond yourself.

Thank you to every single person in the team for believing, contributing, and growing together. ❤️

The journey is just getting started. 🚀

Seldom people know this about me.

I wasn’t the best student growing up, and I didn’t get the results I hoped for in my O-Levels.

At 16, I started working for many part-time jobs just to make things work.

I wasn’t chasing success back then. I was just trying to survive and grow up fast.

But looking back, every setback shaped me.

And that’s why I never take my journey for granted.

It built my mindset, my resilience, and who I am today.

Layla starts weak but scales hard, just like us in this industry. The longer you’re in, the further ahead you can plan for your clients. 🙌
