NEXT YOUNG BOSS: Sepang Edition! 🏎️🔥

5 years ago, our shared passion for cars brought us together. Today, I’m bringing @nicholasschongg for his very first track day at Sepang!

From chasing career milestones to chasing lap times. 🏁

Life isn’t just about working hard. It’s also about enjoying the journey and creating memories with the people you grow alongside.

More milestones and adventures to unlock!

Sometimes, working together is 缘分. ❤️

Fyi I don’t think I’m built different. Some ask why I enjoy working long hours > I probably can yap forever but simple answer is “I don’t like to regret”.

All in hoping I make it, success isn’t guaranteed but I can sleep knowing I won’t regret not working hard enough.

Every milestone deserves to be celebrated! 🙌

What may seem like a small achievement to us could mean the world to someone who’s just starting out.

Success isn’t built overnight. It’s built through small wins, countless setbacks, long hours and the courage to keep going.

As we celebrate the next generation of achievers, I’m also looking for the next generation of young bosses. 🚀

If you’ve got an entrepreneurial spirit, the hunger to succeed, the resilience to overcome failures and the willingness to put in the work, I’d love to connect.

Your next milestone could be the beginning of something bigger.

DM me! 🔥

Building a strong agency culture took me years, and even today, I’m still learning and improving.

One thing I’ve realised over the years is that building a successful agency and building a sustainable agency are two very different things.

Sales can bring short-term results. But culture, teamwork and developing the next generation of leaders are what keep an organisation growing for decades.

Culture isn’t something you build overnight. It takes years of consistency, difficult decisions, and sometimes, learning things the hard way.

I’m far from having everything figured out, but I’m committed to building something bigger than myself.

I’m looking for like-minded entrepreneurs and future leaders who believe in building something meaningful together.

If that sounds like you, drop me a DM. Who knows, we might become future business partners! 🤝🔥
