Even after hard sparring, the work doesn’t stop.
Shadow boxing after rounds helps with active recovery, movement, breathing, timing, and staying sharp while cooling the body down. 🥊🐺

Recovery is part of training too.

Boxing has become more than just training for me. It’s therapy. It’s discipline. It’s growth.
Some weeks I’m locked in. Other weeks I struggle to stay consistent. But one thing I’m proud of? I never give up. I always find my way back.
The mental clarity, the stress relief, the confidence — it’s changed me in ways I didn’t expect.
Grateful for Coach @kingz.boxing for pushing me and creating an environment that feels like a team, not just a gym. 🥊
Work in progress. Always.
